Sweet Surprise - Islander
Final Film
My final film has met my initial intentions when I first came up with the idea. I feel that it does link with the theme of islander as it shows how each house in a way is its own 'island' with different islanders in each, all struggling with not being able to see friends and family, in need of some joy.
I set out to show the process of a cake being made, boxed up and delivered to my friends and family to shed a little bit of light on the current situation and I believe I have done that. I have actually got a few more messages from family members asking me when the next round of cake is coming and that I 'made their day'.
